Submitting Your Story and/or Picture

Before Janska, LLC can include your appearance, testimonial and/or statements in any promotional materials, it is necessary for us to obtain your specific permission. By checking the checkbox on the Tell Us Your Story page, you are giving your consent to the following:

  1. I hereby consent to Janska, LLC’s use of my statements, testimonials, appearance, and name in photographs, videos, promotional materials, on the internet and otherwise, and waive all copyright, publicity rights and privacy rights. I understand that my statements, story, testimonials, appearance and name may be used in connection with promoting Janska, LLC’s products.
  2. I hereby release Janska, LLC from any claims I may have now or in the future regarding use of my statements, testimonials, appearance and name, including without limitation, any claims for compensation. Janska, LLC shall have the right to modify, use, license, sell and distribute materials containing my statements, testimonials, appearance and name on a worldwide basis for commercial, promotional and other uses.
  3. In the event that I am submitting a photo for use by Janska, LLC, I have obtained the photographer’s consents to reproduction, modification, public display and distribution of the photo.
  4. I am more than 18 years of age.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Janska, we take great pride in our reputation for quality American made garments, and excellence in customer service.

If your purchase with us has not lived up to your expectations in any way, simply return it for an exchange or refund, within 45 days of original purchase date.

To expedite your return, and assure proper credit, please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the Janska Return/Exchange Form below. Package the item(s) along with the completed Janska Return/Exchange Form. Securely affix the Janska Return Label on the outside of the package. The Return Label is included in the package with your original order. Drop off your package at any FedEx drop-off location.

*If you live outside the contiguous 48 states, have an APO/FPO address or would prefer to pay your own return shipping, please send your package to:

Be sure and include our completed Return/Exchange Form for proper credit to your account for merchandise returned. Shipping is not refundable. We recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection, as we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive in our warehouse. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. International Customers: Please keep in mind that returns are subject to applicable duty and tax charges in accordance with law.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, or defective. If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, please call our customer service team. We are happy to replace your Janska gift for another item or issue a credit that can be applied towards a future Janska purchase. If a refund is requested, the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to the original method of payment; shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable. If our label is used to return any portion of your order, Janska will deduct a return postage fee of $7.95 for return shipments containing two or less items and $12.95 for return shipments of three or more items.
